Darlene is EXTREMELY helpful!!! She drafted a menu just for us and even added personal touches to tie in with our Paris theme. She is very hands on and will try her best to make sure that your event goes your way plus some. The staff was awesome, very nice, very catering... I was so skeptic, but in the end I was very pleased with everything and now I am not as scared to trust an stand-alone caterer for an event.

Me and my wife enjoyed our party we had the greatest party planner they were loving they were Caring and went above and beyond our expectations they truly are a blessing to have them plann your event they planned it like it's their own and we highly highly recommend this company we gave them five stars. We have given a lot of parties and hired a lot of party planners some we were please with some we not so pleased and some just sucked. It was a pleasure to work with this party planner here! We will be definitely keeping this company for all of our future parties if you want your party to turn out right to your liking to your satisfaction we highly highly recommend this company. They did an awesome job decorating for my mothers birthday dinner. It was a last minute decision to have someone come and decorate for this occasion. Even though it was last minute, they did and awesome job and kept in constant communication with me. Very professional and the decorations were great! I will definitely use them again.

Spectacular Events Galore(Dionna) did event planning and event decoration(Princess-Cinderella theme) for my daughter's 1st Birthday. I would recommend Dionna in a heart beat. The event took place at Charlar Place in Holt, Mi with around 70 people. This was not an easy task to sat the least! Dionna took care of each and every thing for the event and was very detail in presenting her work. She was not the person who just comes on the event day to arrange things.She met us 4 times even before the event day to plan and arrange things for us. She welcomed all our inputs and suggested in very detail to make the event very successful. Her network around the town was amazing, which made us to order all our necessities through her with out going to another vendor. The cost of the services provided was so reasonable and the discounts with her vendors were not even comparable if we were in open market. She was there at the event all day, helping us to take care of our guests. She even served the cake for the guests and which was very sweet of her. No doubt that we had an excellent service from Dionna and the party would not be better with out Dionna. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you Dionna and Spectacular Events Galore for wonderful service.

JC Enterprises did a thoroughly great job at my daughter's wedding reception. The overall experience was wonderful. I had certain expectations prior to the event. I can truly say that those expectations were met and surpassed by the elegant and exquisite decor, programming and arrangement. Top Notch Balloon Creations provided awesome service from the beginning to the end. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for decorations for my daughter and niece's graduation party, but the owner Julie Cylla provided me with several ideas to choose from which made the process much easier. The venue only gave us 1/2 hour to set up, but Julie and her team got it done in 15 minutes! My daughter and niece loved the decorations and are still saving their balloon columns with their names on them. My family and friends also loved the decorations and their creativity. Will not hesitate to use them again!

Okay so, let's throw this out there, Heather Todero is my sister-in-law. And it is a bit suspicious I gave her all 5/5 stars. Now that we have all the reasons you might disregard this one review, let me tell you all the reasons you should memorize the "Heather Todero Events" name, and tell your friends while she is able to fit you in during the 2013-2014 wedding season. Heather has a driven, professional personality that leads the wedding day activities with guidance and direction, but she connects with her clients in a warm way that allows her to share in their wants and needs. Listening was big for me. She truly wants to see, grasp, and understand your vision, so she can in turn produce a budget-friendly beautiful rendition. She may be able to help design at times, but her specialty lies within her ability to find creative solutions for anything you've dreamed of doing. It's amazing. Heather saved the day by being especially organized as well. She has time tables and agendas, and she gets to know them backwards and forwards. She internalizes your vision so you can go about your day peacefully while she takes care of anything out of order. She gets to know you and your dreams well enough so that she can talk to vendors and coordinate the timing and activities of every party involved in the event, all without you even knowing. She does whatever it takes to make things go smoothly, and not your mother-in-law's version of smooth, or your crazy aunt's version of smooth, but your version. (Yeah, take a sigh of relief). After my wedding I found out my caterers set the tables to the banquet room up all wrong, all the vases had flowers but no water (granted they were plastic, but I wanted them to look real, okay?), and the ushers hadn't ushered anyone anywhere. But from my perspective the day was flawless, joyful and smooth. No one noticed the mistakes. She makes the planning easy, your day easy, but she also makes the hit to your wallet easier too. You're welcome;)

Arqavan did a great job on coordinating all aspects of Persian Community New Year Event at The University of Akron from table setting decoration to activity and catering arrangement. She's a fabulous creative designer who has such a good taste in picking the right objects with the right color in her design even with a limited budget. She's really responsible and reliable in her career as an event planner. Being passionate about what she is doing, Arqavan is a great coordinator who has wonderful talents as well.
