We can be extremely flexible with the Labor cost as we have Multiple Contractors, Handymen and Service Providers. And if you want or have a repair that needs to be repaired immediately we will send someone out the same day. We are also Transaction Coordinators We can renovate your home or flip, live stream or capture the remodel and list the flip or rental to hundreds of media outlets and or the MLS.
