Nathaniel did an excellent job adding an access point in my detached garage where I have an office.. We are now able to have one network for the house and the garage that is 60' from the house. He was able to make the transition between the router in the house and the added access point in the garage seamless with no drop in service. He terminated the Cat 5 cable ends and installed the access point while integrating it with my current router. I was able to keep the same network name as well as the same password. This way my devices don't struggle going back and forth between the two sources. He was very prompt to respond to my request as well as scheduling. The price was much better than other quotes. I highly recommend RapidsTechSolutions.

I do my very best to give you the best price possible. If there are any equipment costs like computer parts these may be extra but I will never charge you without making sure you want to pay for the part. If you have any questions you can always send me a message for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to contact the customer by phone to make sure we are on the same page. Then we can get started on their project right away.

I have a computer science degree and over 3 years of professional IT service work for companies in Grand Rapids.
