- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my very best to give you the best price possible. If there are any equipment costs like computer parts these may be extra but I will never charge you without making sure you want to pay for the part. If you have any questions you can always send me a message for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to contact the customer by phone to make sure we are on the same page. Then we can get started on their project right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a computer science degree and over 3 years of professional IT service work for companies in Grand Rapids.
