Overall I appreciated the work that was completed in my home! Once I had the chance to thoroughly review the work I realized several items had been missed. The cleaner did indicate that she was filling in during a particularly busy time, so perhaps that accounts for the missed items. My concerns were acknowledged during the follow up phone call and a discount for future services was offered. I feel as though it was handled well.

Today we have an amazing deep clean done on our new home in Saugatuck before anything was moved into the home. We hired My Personal Cleaner and they did an amazing job! Autumn and her team got into every drawer, cabinet, surface, moldings, window ledges, fans, etc... I am grateful for quality of work that was done and being remote out of state, Autumn was kind enough to send me multiple photos of all their work. I would definitely hire them again once we're settled in.

My Personal Cleaner LLC's reply

Heidi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! ❤️ It truly means the world to us. I'm so happy to hear that Autumn and the team gave you peace of mind while you were out of state. We hope you enjoy settling into your beautiful new home! Whenever you're ready, we'd be honored to help keep it looking its best. Thank you again for trusting My Personal Cleaner
