Personalize cleaning service

I was hired to clean a rental were college students were still living in the house. I went above and beyond what my job requires. The place was really bad. The bathtub was black in some spots, the fridge had a half inch of slime on the bottom, they both looked great after I cleaned them. There was a couch leaning on its end up against the wall in the kitchen. I moved that out and mopped and cleaned the wall behind it. There were bags of trash and 2 boxes of food sitting in the middle of the kitchen. The kitchen sink had a really bad leak. I cleaned up the mess and put 2 small trash cans under the pipes to catch the water. I had to clean the toilet 2 times after a renter made a mess of it, and I had to clean the kitchen floor 2 times after a renter spilled cereal on the floor. I was told not to clean the bedrooms by the renter. I talked to the landlord about the review and told him about everything. He said he had not seen the house, he was just going on what a 23 year old man told him. He wrote the review before talking to me. I cleaned baseboards, and light switches that were all most black in some spots. The place looked great. I had to work around college students that were making a mess after I cleaned things. I took out 2 large bags of trash that was laying all around the house. While talking to the landlord after my review he says he tried to get the carpets cleaned before I cleaned, and they would not it was too messy.
