- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 4 base packages with the option to revise or add-on based on need. The packages range from $197-$2,497 and are based on room. The intial intake/discovery call is free and is offered as a courtesy to ensure we are a good match to work together as well as to answer any initial questions about the process and working with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial discovery call, we'll discuss your project, timeline, and goals to determine the best package for your needs. After determining your package, you'll receive simple instructions for taking photos and measurements. Most clients complete this in under an hour. Once I have the requested information, I'll create your custom floor plan, renderings, and recommendations - or whatever our agreed to terms may dictate. Follow up calls will be scheduled based on package and add-on elections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Ball State University and have been working as a professional interior designer since 2015. I have primarily worked as a commercial interior designer focusing on K-12 schools, higher education, workplace, healtchare, and high-rise residential. Due to my extensive commecial experience I provide a high-level of professionalism and industry insight that other residential-only designers may not be able to provide.
