The fact that I dont know much about this stuff, made it even more nerve-racking because I wasnt sure who to call or trust so that I wouldnt be ripped off. Thankfully, I have a brother from out of town who knew A little bit about this stuff and he told me what to expect as well as what to look out for.I randomly started calling some local plumbers. Most of them, before there was even a home visit, I felt that I was already being talked into buying something. But when I called the Service professor Their customer service is excellent! I told them what was going on and they were able to send someone out the very next day!Nick was my service professional that showed up to take a look at my water heater. His customer service was absolutely exceptional!Considering my water heater runs on gas, I had many many concerns and fears and I had a long list of questions. Nick was very patient and did an amazing job explaining things to me as well as making me feel very reassured and taking care of. Rather than just pointing out a problem and handing me a quote, he actually took the time and taught me a lot! I felt like I was talking to a trusted friend! He was very honest and gave me the pros and cons of every single option, so that moving forward I could make an educated decision that would fit best for my life style as well as my budget. I never felt like he was only trying to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didnt need. By the end of the visit, I was feeling so much better and even had more confidence as a first time homeowner!! Michele M. says, "Austin fixed the plumbing in my half bath/utilities room. The toilet would have water come up when it would get flushed. Austin investigated it and found that the fall of the plumbing the other company did was was not falling at all. He also moved the plumbing for my washing machine. All of this plumbing is in a pretty tight crawl space under the house. I had more issues that a company came out to fix and they told me there was nothing wrong. Austin investigated and fixed that issue also. When I had changed my house from fuel oil to natural gas the gas company had cut my pipe in the yard in half. Austin dug it up and fixed the pipe for me. He also fixed my toilet in my full bathroom. When the previous owners set the toilet it did not sit on the seal right. So that was a nasty job but he fixed it perfectly. Austin put in my filtration system under my sink. I have not had any issues with any of the projects he has done in my house. I recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing done and he is the only plumber I will use. He is worth higher than a 5 star rating. This review only talks about his work but as a professional he is a whole mother 5 stars. He is polite, nice, explains everything so you understand what is going on."See more
