Introduction: My focus is customer satisfaction . For me, it is all in the details. I have more than 30 years of house cleaning experience, I’m also bonded and insured. I see and clean areas that others may overlook. I am a top to bottom deep cleaner including ceilings. I’m not an a la carte deep cleaner, my charge includes everything from the ceiling to the floor. The only thing I don’t do is carpet washing as I don’t have the equipment but if the client has a carpet scrubber I’m willing and able to scrub the carpet too. I also do smokers houses, including walls and ceilings and floor vents which I can vacuum out as far as my vacuum will reach.

Amy is very good at what she does. She will do a walk through of the property and recommend what needs to be done. She will not oversell. She did excellent work and also showed us what we could do to clean the house ourselves. We would recommend Amy without hesitation.

Alex did an amazing job cleaning my home. I am extremely picky and have had a very difficult time finding a professional who is willing and able to be hired to do a thorough and detailed clean. Alex is the first person I have found in years who has taken the time to truly clean my home from top to bottom, ceiling to baseboards. She cleaned walls; she cleaned under beds; she opened drawers and cleaned the ledges under them; she wiped down every kitchen cabinet; she dusted every tchotchke; she even cleaned the outside of the front door. The level of clean is incredible. She also has a guarantee and will return to the home if the customer is unsatisfied, which is very heartening (but quite unnecessary considering the level of performance). I highly recommend Alex from "It's All in the Details" and would welcome her back to clean my home any time. I plan to continue using her services in the future.

After the 3 hour Thumbtack quote I charge between $50-$100 an hour after that. I do give deals depending on the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom owned her own cleaning business when I was growing up and she took me with her during the summers. She trained me as a deep cleaner at a young age and I had a knack for the details.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers but I prefer the picky ones.
