I’m going on almost 3 years at Fitness Together. I still think it is the best thing I did and can do for myself physically. Having weekly appointments with Luke keeps me accountable and on track with my workouts- even through the stay-at-home order we did consistent zoom appointments. Luke is always so flexible with any changes in my schedule, and fun to be around for my 45 minute workouts! He pushes me to do things out of my comfort zone. For example I really didn’t think weight training was for me but I see the results and really like it. He keeps track of my progress and encourages me to try new things but Doesn’t make me feel pressured if I’m not comfortable. He also asks if anything from the prior workout was painful or sore afterwards ... and we either adjust or he offers stretches to help. I highly recommend Luke and Fitness Together. It has been well worth the money and time commitment.

I recently decided to enlist in the military and was given a ship date a few months out from when I swore in. I wanted to use this time to get in the best shape that could and thought the help of a professional may be needed. I found FT Holland just a short walk away from my recruiters office. They did give me a military discount despite me not having been in the military quite yet. Much appreciated. I explained to Luke exactly what my goals were and what I needed to work on to get ready. Max Pull ups, 2 min. push ups max, 2 min. crunch max, and 1.5mi run time. Brought the crunches from just 20, to 56. Pull ups from 7 to 13, push ups from 28 to 46, and 1.5mi run time from 12:15 to 10:52 all in about 6 weeks or so. He did this all while maintaining highest levels of professionalism, enthusiasm, encouragement, and respect for me, as well as all other clients I am sure. Most of all, we saw the results I was looking for in the areas described above. Great experience working with Luke and I recommend him, and all other FT trainers highly. I love the 1 on 1 training with personally designed workouts! The equipment is nice and the facility is very clean! Luke is very nice and shows great knowledge for what he does. Highly recommend!

Luke, my trainer, is highly professional and works hard to design custom personalized training programs to meet your goals. He’s pushed me to achieve more than I thought I could! I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to FT and Luke’s encouragement!

Luke is a fantastic trainer. I learn new techniques all the time and he is very responsive to my back issues. I do a mix of workouts from home and in the office. Both are equally effective. It’s amazing the workouts Luke comes up with when I am at home via zoom. I have limited equipment but I always get a strong workout regardless. Best decision to join fitness together.
