The gentleman who cleaned my kitchen did an outstanding job. However, the bathroom floors were not cleaned properly. There were cobwebs left on the ceiling in several rooms. Overall, I was disappointed 😞.

These guys were great very decal or United. They cleaned my house every inch of it from top to bottom got all the woodwork the windows even inside the refrigerator. I am very impressed. They did a great job at a fairly reasonable price. The icing on the cake the boys that were cleaning were very cute.😋

All aspects of dealing with this company were fantastic! From their responsiveness to quality of work! This was a short notice move out cleaning for my house, getting it ready to sell. They responded to my inquiry within an hour, came by and gave me a quote the next day, and then came in on a Saturday to clean. I still had a few piles of belongings that I hadn't moved out yet. They just moved my "piles" so they could clean those areas. My realtor stopped by and we also loved the quality of the cleaning. I have used cleaning companies in the past but no one has impressed me more than Gowens!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of cleaning packages generally start around $100, in addition we are negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically,after initial message we set up an appointment time and have a call over the telephone in which we go over the details that need to be gone over at that point w e would set up a walk through of the property to thoroughly price the request. i then go above and beyond to met and exceed my clients expectations
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Floor care and project management are some of the trainings we offer at Gowens Good. In addition several of our staff members take courses online to improve quality and understanding customer service.
