We have had Nick do all of our large and small catering for well over 20 years! From large group seafood boils to gourmet sandwiches and sides. Everything he makes is delicious and the presentation is outstanding! His Greek heritage is evident in his Mediterranean dishes. You won’t be sorry with Nick. He is EVERYTHING you’d want in a caterer.

Nick has cooked special family meals, parties and events for us for years. He is very professional and serious about his craft and his food is always delicious! He does a great job of adapting to our preferences and accommodating our needs. He always takes great care of our guests and he is a pleasure to have in the kitchen or at the party!

Nick is the best! From a girls' weekend staycation when I had a newborn, through staff Christmas parties and wine nights with colleagues to our oldest's high school graduation open house his service has been top notch and most importantly the food is always delicious!!
