Richard was true to his word! He gave us three options to sell our house. We chose the middle ground because we knew we wanted to sell in 60-90 days. Little did we know, first person of the first showing had been working with him to find a house similar to what we were selling. Ten days later, we had a closing date.

I will then send you a detailed RPR report that will help determine an accurate market value on your home.
