FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The 1.5 hour nutritional crash course costs $65. A one-time personal training session costs $35. Couple's training one-time session costs $45 (this can be any 2 people who want to train at the same time). The bridal to the aisle 12 week transformation "look your bet in your dress" package costs $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to find out what they are looking to achieve as far as fitness and health goals and what they already are doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied personal training (to include: wellness coach, group fitness instructor, and nutritional counseling); I trained others, do nutritional counseling one-on-ones, group seminars, compete in the NPC, and also conduct fat loss contests and provide information at my work place. I continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest science backed information as it is a constantly evolving area and can be very confusing to others as there is loads of misinformation. I apply everything I learn on myself and have the know-how to help others reach their fitness & health goals.
