Scott was prompt with his bid, and straight forward in his quote. He had immediate availability. He was deligent, thorough, and professional, completing his job in a timely manner. We are most satisfied with the new tile floor he installed. If we needed his services again, we would most definitely rehire him.

We simply needed our grout replaced in our master bath due to a subpar initial installation (by someone else). The job was completed quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to hire again!

We hired Scott to do our back splash in our kitchen. We had originally had someone start the job who didn't finish. We reached out to Scott who was able to continue there job and fix there imperfections. Scott definitely loves what he does. He was so detailed with his work. He's a perfectionist with his job. If you are looking for any tile work, Scott's your man. We will be re doing our bathroom soon and will be re hiring him

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
no each job is differnt , and depends on type of tile used and the amount of tile installed, and some jobs that are hard to determine I will offer an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to there home and see there project, and determine about how long it will take and leave a estimate and address any concerns they may have
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly keeping up on my trade and as new products and tile come out i test and evaluate each one to my liking.
