- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for our balloon garlands and backdrops are comparable to the industry standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with our customers. We believe that customer service begins with YOU. Share with us your ideas, pictures and inspirations. After we speak with the customer, we follow up primarily using email. Feel free to contact via phone too. We'll send brochures and a final proposal in writing to ensure that everything is correct.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family owed 2 banquet halls. Every weekend for years we'd decorate for wedding receptions, birthdays and baby showers. Decorating and planning is apart of my history. In addition, I’m an IWED accredited wedding designer. I've taken several courses and studied decorating techniques.
