FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. No standard pricing. As no job can be standard. Every job is different to a degree.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I drive out to customers home. Do a walk through and see what exactly they're looking to do. I give advice as well as listen. Then, I go to the drawing board and come up with a design. The design is done with customers input. Maybe certain plants they like and somehow want incorporated into their design. Then I go back and walk through the design with the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing landscaping since 1998. I was into lawn maintenance and so many people had me doing small landscape jobs as a youngster, I decided that was my calling. I'm not gonna lie, the first several jobs I installed too many shrubs, trying to fill bare spots. I wasn't allowing for plants to mature. Eventually I figured it out. Now, my designs are so unique and creative. It's all due to the love I have for what I do. As funny as it may sound, I actually consider it a form of art.
