In a world full of distractions, your space should be a place of clarity, not chaos. Let’s create that together.
My Story
I’ve been organizing for as long as I can remember—literally since I was seven years old. My neighbors, eager to play outside but burdened by messy rooms, would give me part of their allowance just to clean and declutter their spaces so they could be free. What started as a childhood side gig evolved into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I continued to help friends, family, and even strangers transform their spaces. This naturally progressed into a professional freelance business, which has helped support me as I pursue a master’s in biomimicry, with the goal of continuing to medical school.
My work has also taken me beyond just personal clients—I have done organizing and decluttering as service work in multiple countries, witnessing firsthand how space and structure impact people’s daily lives across different cultures. These experiences reinforced what I already knew: organization isn’t just about tidiness—it’s about cognitive function, emotional well-being, and creating an environment that supports a person’s best self.
The Neuroscience of Organization
My background in science fuels my belief that organizing is not just about aesthetics—it directly affects how our brains function. Neuroscience shows that clutter is a form of cognitive noise, overloading our working memory and increasing stress. When our environment is disorganized, our brains work harder to filter out irrelevant stimuli, making it more difficult to focus, process information, and even regulate emotions. By decluttering our spaces, we reduce mental fatigue, improve decision-making, and create an environment that enhances focus and well-being.

Why Organization Matters (Backed by Science)
• Reduces Cognitive Load: A cluttered space forces the brain to constantly filter distractions, making it harder to concentrate.
• Lowers Stress & Anxiety: Studies show that excessive clutter increases cortisol levels, the hormone linked to stress.
• Enhances Decision-Making: Too many choices can lead to decision fatigue, reducing productivity and mental sharpness.
• Supports Mental & Physical Health: A well-organized environment promotes healthier habits, better sleep, and improved overall well-being.

The Bigger Mission
My ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between neuroscience and real-life application. our environments should support—not hinder—our cognitive functions. By helping people create spaces that promote focus, clarity, and well-being, I hope to contribute to a larger shift in how we approach mental health and productivity.
