- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The subscription is just $140 every 4 weeks ($35/week), with no commitment (cancel anytime.) If you don't love your first week, we'll provide a refund for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You complete a short form telling Val which body areas feel tight, weak, or restrictive, and where you'd like to focus initially. You'll also be asked about your goals and the lifestyle or nutrition changes you'd like to make. He'll then create your workouts involving your choice of Yoga, Pilates, aerobics, or strength training, as well as your lifestyle & nutrition coaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Natural Health Provider, certified Health Coach, certified Personal Trainer, graduate of the Medical Exercise Institute, and certified Life Coach with certificates from Harvard Medical, Yale, Stanford, Cornell and University of Pennsylvania. I am a former contributor for The American Council on Exercise, and former Corporate Health Director.
