Kim is great. She walked me through the process and made recommendations to fit my budget. The food was amazing and arrived piping hot and on time! I will definitely hire The Vineyards catering again and look forward to trying other menu items.

Corporate Express Catering provided wonderful food for my party of 100+ people. KIm made delicious appetizers! I ordered the largest platters of the Fresh Fruit, the Middle Eastern Plate (with excellent fresh hummus) as well as the Cheese and Cracker platter. I barely got any myself! They were a big hit. And then we had Kim's wonderful dinners! Vegetarian Lasagna, 3 Cheese Tortellini and vegetables (beautiful as well as delicious), and best of all....Beef Tips with Mushroom Marsala over Wild Rice!! Just from the description of it, I ordered extra. And I'm so glad I did!! It was definitely the the best of all. As I was dashing back and forth being hostess, I actually had people stop me and complement the beef dish!! I was extremely happy with Kim's catering. Most important to me, was the ease of working with Kim Riley. We spoke thru Thumtack, and soon spoke over the phone multiple times and emailed frequently. I felt that she really cared about my event and that she really wanted me to be successful. I enjoyed talking and working with Kim. She was always pleasant, cheerful and very helpful. I made many changes and adjustments and had lots of questions (I've never had such a large party), and Kim was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was also happy with her suggestion for coffee since the party would last well past dinner. I was so grateful! I don't drink coffee and I was so busy concentrating on food, I forgot that others do!!! Kim also arrived right on time the night of the party and was helpful setting everything up and she showed us the oven settings to use, etc. She was very kind, cheerful and helpful getting us set up (I was frantic when people started arriving an hour early!! Her presence and encouragement helped me calm down). I loved Corporate Express Catering, delicious appetizers and wonderful dinners, all at very reasonable prices.I highly recommend them!!

I used Corporate Express Catering for our daughters graduation party. They did an excellent job on a weeks notice. We did a barbecue and the food was excellent; I'm still getting compliments. Paul and Shawn were wonderful, professional, and such a great help it really took a huge burden off my shoulders. I will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

I found Kim and Corporate Express Catering days before our company holiday party and she was glad to help me out. She was easy to get a hold of and super friendly and accommodating! The food was delicious as well! I will definitely use them again! Kali and the rest of the EP staff!

where should i start. from the beginning Kim was informative, pleasant and very helpful. she was easy to reach with my questions and concern. she was on time for everything she promised. we also hired a bartender and a server thru Kim, which we were very happy with. Paul and Sean were very pleasant and attentive to our guest. now here is the best part and the most important part. THE FOOD! it was DELICIOUS! my nephew went with the Mexican theme for his graduation party, and the food was a big hit (and plenty), their chef did an outstanding job. we are thinking of having another event and look forward of having Kim back. thank you again Kim.
