As first-time home buyers, my fiance and I went into the ordeal completely lost and clueless. Luckily, we had an awesome Realtor who helped us through the entire process. Rachele met with us and walked us through the steps we'd need to take in order to start shopping. Once we were ready, Rachele patiently took us through tons of houses, doing everything she could to get answers to the questions we'd asked. She was constantly updating our property searches to show us all the options available to us. Whenever we called or emailed her with a question or request, she was always prompt and more than happy to respond. Despite the frustration all three of us probably felt at various times through the process, Rachele kept us going and wouldn't give up on us. After 6 months, probably 50 houses and a false start, we finally found our dream home. Rachele was diligent in making sure everything was in order, even attending our personal inspection with us. When we hit a roadblock with our appraisal, she went to bat for us and did everything in her power to work things out so that we could still get our house. We closed a week ago and we couldn't be happier! As far as Realtors go, I don't have any experiences to compare against, but I had a wonderful time house-hunting with Rachele and would gladly do it again!

I am highly recommending Dalton Thomas Property Maintenance. He contacted within 15 mins of my request submission. Within 10 mins of that I had a set price, a pick up day and a pick up time. He offered to pick up same day! I chose the following day. He contacted me twice on the day of pick up just to confirm he would be there when he said he would. He arrived exactly on y I me. Very polite and professional. He loaded my things in 15 mins. His prices beat all other quotes (other company's only give ball park) by 40 percent!!! In my experience, I would definitely say Dalton went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him. Would definately usr him again. I will be referring his company to all my neighbors. Thank you Dalton for a great experience.
