"“Fitness should be doing something you enjoy. It should also be something that challenges you.” This is one of the first statements Mr. Phillips told me when I was complaining about wanting to “get in shape” but not knowing how. This is also one of the many ways he showed me that he is a different kind of trainer. A few key words: Motivating: I have stopped and started plenty of times. He has always had a perspective to share with me that encouraged me to try again. Patient: When I’m frustrated with myself or my progress (or lack thereof) he is not. He reminds me to be patient with myself and patient with the process and to remember to enjoy what I’m doing. Validating: You will notice that he will compliment you before he corrects you. Meaning, he will say “good! One more...” and then he’ll fix your posture or your grip or point out where to focus your muscles’ attention. Realistic: He pays attention to where you want to go and he pays attention to how you’re going to get there. He will not push you further than he knows you’re willing to go and definitely not just to prove a point. He will pace you and that pacing may include a small challenge when he knows you’re ready. (Surprise!) Finally, the last thing I’ll share is his psychology about fitness and the necessary mindset for sustained success. At one of his group fitness sessions he said “when you leave here & find yourself in a tempting situation, you’re going to use the mental toughness you get from exercising in here to stay mentally tough out there.” He’s right. "I hired Jeannette to help me get back into shape after having my baby. I have always been in good shape ,and no stranger to a gym. After having my baby and juggling life, I felt I needed someone to keep on track, and that's where she came in. She assessed me, spent ample time explaining the program I was about to start. Plus, I developed diastasis recti from my pregnancy, Jeannette knew the exercises that would help me in this area. We worked diligently to gradually bring my abdominal muscles back together, and more importantly to help strengthen my low back and abs; which from what I've learned help with overall support to the entire body. Jeannette is thorough with every exercise she introduces. That helped! What I also appreciated was how she checked in between sessions to see how I was feeling, plus would send me information regarding healthy eating and exercises I can do at home. She's pretty much on it!"

"I’ve only been training with Mr. Coach Kyle Wilkinson for a month and it has been great. He knows how to motivate you when you need that extra push and knows when not to so you don’t get pissed and annoyed. The guy has a straight forward and honest way of communicating things. The heart and passion Kyle has for his clients to succeed in their fitness goals. Allows him to provide the time and go the extra mile on his accountabilty. "I have taken a few classes and really enjoyed it! Mike offered a teen athlete program this summer and my 15 yr old daughter absolutely love it. She has really toned up and has so much definition in the entire body I was just amazed. She was addicted. Twy fit is a great place to work out and I plan on taking more classes. Going to try boot camp tonight! "

"I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him. From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle. The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets. All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that."
