I worked with Cathy to plan a cooking class/meal to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Cathy taught the girls how to make pasta from scratch! She brought two great appetizers, an artichoke dip that was the best I ever had and watermelon, tomato and basil skewers drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Simply to die for! She served roasted broccoli, a kale and spinach salad and bread. For dessert, the girls enjoyed a brownie trifle. Cathy was easy to work with and the evening was perfect. Oh, she cleaned up to! It was a blast being a bystander!! Thank you Cathy!

Nicole’s hands-on cooking classes are an experience in technique, food prep, deliciousness, togetherness and fun. We walked into a clean and organized kitchen set up with stations, the wine uncorked and ready to pour. Nicole’s a natural at making people feel welcome, comfortable and engaged. She knows her stuff and has an uncanny ability to meet people where they are. Shawn and I have attended the same church and I have assisted her cater a wedding, make home visits for ill people and celebrate holidays together. She is a strong woman of God and takes great pride in everything she prepares whether it be a paid catering event, serving others or cooking for family and loved ones. It is this exact quality that exudes in her food prep and presentation. When you taste her creations...you know that you are loved!

Always a great experience. The cook is very professional and punctual. She also had a very pleasant personality. The food is always great. Im a picky eater and I don't care too much for vegetables, but some vegetarian dishes she introduced me to were phenomenal. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cook or catering service.

I am convinced that Harriette can make any cultural dish---Thai, Greek, Soul Food. If you name it, she can prepare it and she does it all with excellence. She enjoys pleasing her customer and will go the extra mile to make sure your taste buds, heart, and soul have a great experience. Harriette is also an excellent baker--pies, cakes, and delicious sweet foods are included in her repertoire. Many cooks specialize in making certain types of dishes. I would venture to say tha Harriette is an all-around chef. Highly recommend!

Jesse catered my rehearsal dinner and did an AMAZING job. The menu was original and everything tasted delicious. He even made dishes to accommodate my food allergies and made an awesome gluten free dessert. He was professional, efficient, clean, and made sure every single dish was perfect. I couldn't be happier with how the dinner turned out--and we received so many compliments from our guests. We are so happy we chose him to cater our rehearsal dinner!
