In addition to combat training, I offer a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, weightlifting, flexibility, and nutrition coaching to help you build the physique or the performance you want. My programs are tailored to your unique goals—be it mastering self-defense, enhancing athletic performance, or achieving peak physical conditioning.
I am a current, competing Martial Artist and have competed in sanctioned boxing, kickboxing and MMA fights both locally and internationally, as such, I would not teach any techniques or martial arts that have not given me proven, practical results in combat.
