- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free for buyers and renters!!! For sellers it varies on the price of the home and the services you are requiring. For management a small percentage of the monthly rental income...a small price to not have the headache. Lets chat and discuss the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the new customer and I am happy to come to them. Depending on the service I will go over the process and expectations on both ends of the transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained both a real estate license and broker's license with the state of Michigan. I also have a bachelors of Science in Marketing. I currently hold a position of of Oakland County Board of Realtors. Also I am on the Board of Directors for the Royal Oak Chamber.
