- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For clients looking to commission me to live stream their event; I do have a non-refundable 25% deposit. This will go towards the entire bill. (eg: $400 total, 25% deposit = $100, amount due day of event: $300) If you need consulting, deployment, and training of live streaming equipment; All equipment that I order for you must be paid in full before the project can begin. Labor, including training hours, is billed after the project is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is visit the venue/location with the client to get an idea of the space we are working in and what the client is looking to do. I find this to be especially import for weddings, concerts, halls, churches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the AVL industry for 8+ years and have been leading a church tech team for 3+ years.
