I hired Ms. Andrea for a repast catering event. The menu included baked chicken with herbs that was so moist and full of flavor, baked talapia with buttery breadcrumbs on top but it was not greasy, roasted red skin potatoes, a beautiful garden salad that I wished I had taken pictures of, green beans with shallows that were cooked perfectly, and last but definitely not least, were these great tasting individual butter cakes with homemade caramel sauce with fresh fruit on top. Absolutely yummy! Thank you Ms. Andrea for making me look good to family and friends!

She catered our daughter's bridal shower. Her food and especially her desserts are fantastic. Her cheese cake is to die for, I personally do not like cheese cake, but I will with no trouble have a slice of hers. She is so professional, she add a personal touch to make everyone feel as if it was made just for them. Would recommend her without hesitation. When we have another event we will with no doubt call her.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I am a current hospitality student so this leg of my education, I'm focusing on more of the business aspects and latest trends through field trips, seminars and current special events!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would like to think my field chose me! At a young age I just gravitated towards it because it was exciting and it is a creative art! I also enjoy it because there are very few limitations(within reason) as to how many combinations of flavors and textures you can combine. So for a free thinker, like me, this profession is like heaven!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've provided catering services for bridal showers, birthday parties, private special occasions for couples and for funeral repast meal services. I have also taught in groups up to 20 in a classroom setting in a series of cooking classes through a detroit based business. I have also taught cooking lessons in the clients homes.
