- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize each quote and event according to the clients needs and budget. However, if there is a specific event that requires event plan, event design and event cater there will be a specific breakdown of each of the areas requested by clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As Managing Director, I feel the more information I can acquire the better I can customize the quote. Often, I will schedule a complimentary meeting to see what the vision of the event is from the customers perspective. Our Company offers many unique services as rental of China and cutlery, and assorted glasses. Also, our Director is a certified Event Planner and Event Designer, thus offering MORE than just catering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PERSONALLY, In past years, I have planned international events In Barbados, Mexico and Japan as I was an incentive planner. Over the past several years, I have been engaged in education and planning many individual, school related and family events.
