Introduction: At Allavance Landscape, we believe that a strong core is the foundation of any company, and our core values of trust, dependability, and service reflect our commitment to integrity. We focus on the design and installation of most residential & commercial landscape projects in the Southeast Michigan area. Hardscape services will include patios, pools, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and driveways. Softscape services include garden beds, tree-trimming, mulching, weeding, planting season pots, and seasonal clean-ups. Allavance Landscape’s mission is to provide exceptional service and experience to its clients, vendors, and members of its organization. Michael was quick to come give us an estimate for a fence modification. After we agreed upon the job his crew came out a couple days later and completed the job in an afternoon. Francisco and company did a great job. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs something done.

Michael and his team were SUPERB! I would give them TEN STARS if I could. They were prompt, organized, unbelieveably hard working, knowledgeable and barely took a break. I asked them to: 1. rebuild a twenty-year-old wood fence and they did it with new supports (with concrete), 2. repair and paint two special trellises in my back garden. 3. add trellis wood under my wood deck, 4. rebuild two new wood basement window wells. 5. edge my side walks, 6. weed and add bulk cedar mulch in front peony and rose bed and around the base of my house. Their bed-edging technique is so difficult to do, but perfectly straight and visually effective. All of this was done in TWO DAYS. The team treated my property as if it were their own. Lastly, Michael was flexible and helpful with pricing my project. I can highly recommend this landscaping firm.
