I had a great experience with Karl's Construction regarding the concrete patio they did for me on 9/21/16. I got three estimates for this work and Karl's quote was the most fair. He communicated with me and kept me updated throughout the process of this project I live in a condo and Karl took care of hurdles regarding permission as well as the city building permit. I appreciate that Karl answered all of my questions in an informative and friendly manner. The work itself was done quickly and professionally. In addition, they (thankfully) removed my existing patio bricks before the cement was poured. I think my patio looks very nice and I am thrilled with it!

When I first posted my job here on Thumbtack I had three separate jobs; junk removal, painting/drywall repairs (AWESOME JOB), household repairs - including putting up a door which we've done before and would not do again - this guy made it look easy! The pool is about 75% done and these guys are top notch so far! Bob said I’d be swimming by June and it looks like we are on target! Max has been awesome to work with and communication has been excellent! Looking forward to seeing the final product!

Doc's construction removed a tree from the top of my garage tore the garage down and removed all the debris. I was completely satisfied and pleased. That I also have them doing other home improvements. The Owner is very professional he explains all he is gonna do before he does it and puts it in writing. LaGuire Custom Services built a beautiful deck for us. He removed the old deck and dealt with the problems found under it!
