Chef Tamara was great! For my granddaughter's birthday I arranged for Chef Tamara to give her a private cooking class. It went very well. They made three dishes in my granddaughter's own kitchen - a main entree, a dessert and an appetizer. She brought all the needed ingredients and they spent 3 hrs prepping & cooking. Chef Tamara was very patient and explained things along the way. It was awesome! The dishes were delicious and my granddaughter was so happy & proud! It was a great experience & I would totally recommend Chef Tamara!
First of all, I'd like to say that Jeff's outfit absolutely lives up to its name – everything about the food, the staff and the service was, to put it mildly, over the top. For starters, Jeff was a pleasure to work with during the planning and booking process. He put together a fantastic menu for my event, and modified it a couple of times to accommodate my requests. He didn't bat an eye at my family's dietary restrictions, and planned an entirely gluten-free meal. He was easily reached, and very responsive to calls and emails. On the day of the event, Jeff and his crew arrived promptly, and immediately went to work. They prepped the food while the event was getting started, and had beautiful and delicious charcuterie and crudite displays to tide people over until the dinner buffet opened. The food was outstanding – every single guest gushed at how good the dishes were. The portions were generous, and I had tons of leftovers. Jeff also took care of bar service for me. The bar package was impressively thorough, and included mixers like lavender-infused simple syrups. Mac, the bartender for the evening, was attentive, eager, and wonderfully friendly. He made friends with everyone as readily as he mixed up really tasty drinks. And at the end of the night, Jeff left everything tidy and clean. I honestly believe that my night wouldn't have been as memorable or fun without Jeff and crew there. I cannot say enough good things or recommend them highly enough – book through Jeff with confidence, and know that he'll make your event one to remember too.
I worked with Cathy to plan a cooking class/meal to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Cathy taught the girls how to make pasta from scratch! She brought two great appetizers, an artichoke dip that was the best I ever had and watermelon, tomato and basil skewers drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Simply to die for! She served roasted broccoli, a kale and spinach salad and bread. For dessert, the girls enjoyed a brownie trifle. Cathy was easy to work with and the evening was perfect. Oh, she cleaned up to! It was a blast being a bystander!! Thank you Cathy!
Chris and his wife Jennya were amazing to work with! Food is very important to both my husband and me, so when we were looking into catering for our outdoor wedding we wanted to be sure it was a quality meal that was also fun and casual for our guests to enjoy. Chris' catering menu is outstanding, and we were able to pick and choose items to give us an underlying theme of BBQ/southern foods, but his culinary twist on these items gave them a classy, gourmet edge to a traditionally casual menu. Our guests LOVED the food and we heard great things in the weeks/months to follow the big day. Every guest I spoke with enjoyed their meal to the fullest and remarked how happy and full they were :) So many weddings have unremarkable, bland, unexciting dishes of chicken, mostaccoli, etc., but Chris Hammack's catering business offers so much more than this! I would recommend them to anyone for various events - he even has a menu of meals for your family dinners throughout the week! I should also mention that he was great to work with, and so was each and every member of his staff. We worked most closely with him and his wife, and they made sure to meet any request we were hoping for. They are great people and I would recommend them to all!

I attended one of Elise's 21 day clean start programs. Elise's program was very insightful and she is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I found after 21 days my sugar cravings decreased and I had better eating habits. I would recommend Elise and any of her programs or cooking classes for her knowledge and attention to detail.

He prepared stuffed peppers for a gathering of friends. He came with a variety of different flavor options including vegan. While he was preparing the food he was very personable and tried to be involved in the conversation. He seem to have a lot of variety in his cooking styles and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a unique menu for their meals for their next party

Joseph McKnight was patient, kind and professional. He asked my preference of food for the occasion. I did not have clarity about the appetizers and entrees I wanted. He came back with a well thought out menu. He and Chef Hardy did a fantastic job within a short time frame, despite another commitment on the same day. The job was in White Plains, NY. I arrived at 4:15 as I had indicated. He and his team had been waiting since 4:00; on time which was very important. It was a wonderful experience. The food was very tasty. We went to chef woods for a private date night cooking class. It was a great time for me and my date. We learned so much and the meal he taught us how to prepare was light and healthy.
