He came by same day and provided an exact price of the work he’d be doing (install a furnace mounted humidifier and tune up/routine maintenance) as well as offered times he is available. The next day, he arrived exactly when he said he would. What set him apart is once finished with the install, he explained how to use the humidifier and what to be on the lookout for during the various seasons to ensure it is working properly. Additionally, he took pictures and explained potential concerns with my furnace while he performed the tune up. He provided simple explanations and comparisons so any non-technical person could understand, and suggested some simple preventative maintenance actions which would increase the lifespan of my 10+ old furnace (without any pushy sales tactics). I will be using him again and would recommend him to friends/family as his prices were reasonable and he conducts himself professionally.
