There is also a Google doc link with uploaded material as you learn. The cost of lessons is reasonable. The best part, though, is my teacher, Johnny-Ray. He plays several instruments and is knowledgable about music theory and music history. When asked a question, he always has the answer. I take guitar with him. I liked him so much that my husband also started taking guitar lessons with him, but he teaches other things too. My hsuband enjoys the lessons as well. Johnny-Ray is a quality teacher. My husband and I are at different levels on the guitar and have different goals, and he created a separate and distinct lesson plan for each of us. He is always on time and ready to work. He personalized my experience by having me choose the songs that I wanted to play and he could teach me ANY style. He is truly an expert. He also repaired my guitar. Before I wouldn’t even play it because it sounded terrible but after he finished with it, that guitar became my favorite sounding guitar, he’s phenomenal at repairs.
