I own Greater Detroit Painting Co which services most of S.E. Michigan. I subcontract the power washing of most of our exterior paint jobs to Mark at Exterme Line Gutters and Power Washing. Extreme Line uses both hot and cold water power washers depending on what the job requires. Extreme Lines hot water power washer is $10,000 machine that puts out 190 degree hot water. They also have 200 gallon water tanks mounted right on their trucks and trailers. I have also used Mark and Extere Line to remove and replace gutters and install siding. Gutter installation, Siding entire homes, Trim complete homes, Install Soffit. Power washed- Residential, commercial, sidewalks, graffiti removal, mold, dirt, mildew removal, brick cleaning, fleet washing, all heavy equipment, boats, tractors,etc... We also soda blast paint off brick.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the provider shows you exactly what needs repair. Make sure to review the proposal so it matches the agreement between you and the provider. Always consider getting at least 3 estimates. Ask for references if need be. Make sure the provider is professional, prompt and honest.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That I am very professional, reasonable in prices and get the job done right! My work is always top quality.
