My wife and I received multiple quotes for our bathroom projects and were the most pleased with theirs. We appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism from the very beginning. The crew showed up when they said they would be at our home and kept the job site clean. Which was appreciated. Very pleased with the quality of work in all three bathrooms as well. We had the best experience both times! We ended up selling our last house after it was finally finished. The new house we found had similar issues to our last house. Both the kitchen and bathrooms needed updating. We had the kitchen done this time before we even moved in and will update bathrooms at a later date. I can't speak for the contractors because I wasn't there when the work was done and didn't have much to do with them. However, my project manager kept me up to date along the way. I will definitely be calling them again for bathrooms once we get fully moved in and figure out our design.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with our pricing. So much so that we offer a price match guarantee. We do not offer “labor only” estimates. Our estimates include all labor and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer signs with us, we work with them on the design and layout of the project. Then we have them work with our design team with their selections, to make sure the end result is going to be exactly what they’re looking for. Typically the design and selection process takes a few weeks. While that is happening, we are working on getting the project scheduled while also working with the customer and their time schedule.
