- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with our pricing. So much so that we offer a price match guarantee. We do not offer “labor only” estimates. Our estimates include all labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer signs with us, we work with them on the design and layout of the project. Then we have them work with our design team with their selections, to make sure the end result is going to be exactly what they’re looking for. Typically the design and selection process takes a few weeks. While that is happening, we are working on getting the project scheduled while also working with the customer and their time schedule.
