Mitch was prompt in responding to quote us for the job as well as providing convenient times to come measure our yard. His work was done in the time frame that he mentioned, and he followed up with us during the entire process. Without any other recommendations to move forward with other than his word and the reviews on this site, I must say I am impressed and happy with the work that was done.

Horrible experience. Was told would be out in 2 weeks to start work and then never heard from again. Tried reaching but was completely blown off. Finally “a friend” of Mitch’s, a different company, came to install 2 months later. Never came to finish the job of installing a gate at my neigbors that was paid for and supposed to be done at the same time. No answer after mutliple calls, texts and emails. My neighbors had to hire someone else to install their gate that was supposed to be up last summer. They now have to pay twice.

Although promised one thing, the reality of this project was very different than what was agreed upon. Once the job was secured, we were blown off. We removed our chainlink after being told work would start that week. A simple fence project was dragged out over 3.5 months, where we were made numerous unfulfilled promises and it was very hard to get ahold of this contractor to get an update on when work would actually take place. We were repeatedly told dates our installer would come and ended up not coming time after time. The fence is all right, but how this project was actually handled was very disappointing.
