I worked in the HVAC field for many years and graduated with a degree in Climate Control Technology. I'm a licensed Michigan Mechanical Contractor that loves giving excellent customer service. I believe that Customers are the most important visitors on my premises, they are not dependent on me. I'm dependent on them. They are not an interruption in my work. They are the purpose of it. I had a great experience with Ultra Climate Control! I went over a week without A/C because I was worried about the expense to fix the A/C. I found Ultra Climate Control on Thumbtack and he came to my home the same day. Explained the issue and fixed the downstairs A/C within thirty minutes of arrival. He did not overcharge me at all.
