I worked in the HVAC field for many years and graduated with a degree in Climate Control Technology. I'm a licensed Michigan Mechanical Contractor that loves giving excellent customer service. I believe that Customers are the most important visitors on my premises, they are not dependent on me. I'm dependent on them. They are not an interruption in my work. They are the purpose of it. Yaz from ultimate climate control was so helpful. We had an inspection report from another company that said we needed all these replacement and cleanings done to our AC unit and was going to charge us a ton. I contacted ultimate climate control and they came out right away to check our system and confirmed there was nothing we technically needed done but still replaced a part for us to put us at ease. Their prices are super reasonable and they’re very responsive. We will absolutely be using them again for our system services.

I had a great experience with Ultra Climate Control! I went over a week without A/C because I was worried about the expense to fix the A/C. I found Ultra Climate Control on Thumbtack and he came to my home the same day. Explained the issue and fixed the downstairs A/C within thirty minutes of arrival. He did not overcharge me at all. I felt valued as a customer, I know the work is done correctly, and I was given a more than fair price. Thank you so much!!
