FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. Before any work begins, I explain the issue, the solution, and the exact cost so you can make an informed decision. Pricing depends on the type of repair, parts needed, and the condition of the door or opener. I use high-quality, professional-grade parts, not cheap hardware that fails early. I frequently offer service discounts and seasonal specials, and I always try to provide the most cost-effective solution rather than pushing unnecessary replacements. There are no hidden fees — what we agree on is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts me and briefly explains the issue I ask a few targeted questions to understand the problem We schedule a convenient service time (often same-day or next-day) I arrive on time, inspect the door, and diagnose the issue I clearly explain the problem and available repair options Once approved, I complete the repair efficiently and safely I test the door thoroughly and make sure the customer is satisfied My goal is always to make the process smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on experience in garage door repair, installation, and maintenance. My training comes from real-world work — diagnosing thousands of doors, springs, openers, tracks, and safety systems in residential and commercial environments. I stay current with modern garage door systems, safety standards, and opener technology, and I understand how older systems differ from newer ones. This experience allows me to quickly identify problems and fix them correctly the first time.
