Charles was very friendly, patient, and careful. He answered all of my questions whilst moving my antique baby grand player piano without a scratch. He worked very efficiently, and even helped move some furniture out of the way when we unloaded it. When he was done, the piano looked and sounded just the same as before it had been moved. they gave me a better price when i asked for a discount, and they were super friendly, and quick! the only reason i didn't give five stars was because they did not tell me the real reason they gave me discount was because they used a regular pickup truck and not a real moving truck - the piano is fine, they said they've done that before, but there was something upsetting about seeing a piano laying flat on its back on the bed of a pickup. but hey it did save me $100... i liked how they noticed and said hello to my toddler. they're nice guys.
