My husband and I relocated from CT to Michigan for his job and We were truly blessed to have worked with Jennifer! She asked all the right questions and listened to our likes/needs/wants and found us our dream home!! In fact, we had seen the property on the Internet and my husband left CT to MI to look at it when he told Jennifer, "there's no pictures of the inside of the house it's probably a mess and dated." Thankfully, Jennifer changed his mind to at least go and look at it and to his surprise the inside was beautiful and the layout was exactly what we were looking for!! Since I was unable to travel to MI, Jennifer facetimed me and I was able to see the inside-from room to room and outside the house!! It was great! We made a decision and made an offer onthe house without me even being there! Jennifer clearly loves what she does and really cared about our needs. She was always quick to respond to questions, had great advice, was very professional, knowledgeable, and always was there for OUR best interest. We were very fortunate to have her as our real estate agent in assisting us every step of the way in our relocation process! In fact, we closed on our home 1wk ago and she had called to see how we were enjoying our new home and we still keep in touch! We moved from Colorado and we were here for about 2 weeks or so with no luck finding a place with the right location and a home that had exactly what we needed. My husband ran across a rental that was listed with Jennifer. Jennifer didn't just schedule us to see that home she also found 6 other places which included the condo that we ended up renting within 24 hours and she did all that within a couple of hours for the next day. Her positive energy and upbeat personality just makes you fall in love with her right away. Jennifer went out of her way to make sure we found the right place in the perfect location. My husband and I were in awe with Jennifer. We will be buying a home as soon as our rental agreement is up and we can't wait to have Jennifer as our realtor. We were so blessed to have met this amazing woman and so will you.

Jennifer's performance and dedication to her work is absolutely top of the industry. I found Jennifer through a recommendation, as I was making a move to try to sell the house that I had been renting to tenants since I moved out of state in 2008, at which time the value had fallen too far to be able to sell. The house needed some work, and was in a market against competition which had been bought cheaply during the period of high foreclosures, renovated, and flipped. As I live 600 miles away, this posed an incredible challenge. Jennifer stepped up to the task and found qualified contractors, made many trips to meet them at the house, even recommended paint colors and what work should or should not be done to optimize the value. Communication with Jennifer was fast and efficient, using phone/email/text message, and she was always willing to answer any questions I had. She knew exactly where to price the property based on my goals. She put in an incredible amount of work for what was honestly quite a small commission, as this was an inexpensive house. Jennifer got me out of what had become a decade-long nightmare, and I will be forever grateful.

You will not believe if I said that we were not referred to Jennifer by anyone, but met her on the street while we driving in the neighborhood looking at open houses. I am so glad that I drove on that street and ran into her. Since then till we bought our house, she was of huge assistance not just as an agent but helping us find the right house at the right price. She never hurried us nor gave false hopes on the offer prices. Her comps & recommendations were so close to the sale price always. If I have to buy / sell again, I know whom to go to.
