Introduction: I am a professional computer & electronics technician who has the knowledge and skills to not only complete the job, but also has the people/communication skills, and patience that is required in this field to be able to communicate with the customer, no matter what their level of understanding may be. From advanced users, to people with no technical experience at all, without sounding like I'm speaking a foreign language to them, and without any of the intimidation factor that often comes along with things we don't fully understand. I'm not a robot lol, I am a human being just like you.
This is something I pride myself on, and also what I know set's me apart from most other techs. Every job I take gets done right (the first time), and every one of my customer is a happy customer before my job is done. No exceptions. Every time. Even when my technical solutions are executed perfectly, until I have a completely satisfied & happy client that feels confident in my work, my job isn't done yet.
My name is Mikel, but people started calling me "The Fixer" over the years because of my uncanny ability to connect & communicate with clients, in order to tailor my technical approach and solutions around their specific needs... But also because of just how far my skillset reaches beyond the technical knowledge to complete the task at hand. I go "above and beyond" compared to some techs, who are notorious for being in-and-out when it comes to their jobs.
I personally believe that there isn't a technical or mechanical problem that I can't solve, too big or too small.
Whenever a problem or a "road block"arrises in the world of technology & electronics, then there are always multiple solutions...
Findng somebody with the right skill-set and experience to produce the right solution, that actually fits your particular needs is almost always the only catch. This is where I, "The Fixer" comes in with my decade of experience in the field -
Consider me as your professional tech advisor & problem solving expert. You'll be happy you did before my job is finished. 🙂
