I have 2 vinyl porches and 1 small trex deck that needed power washed. I contacted FAM and spoke with Frankie. He gave me a time and when he was delayed he texted me to let me know his new time. A short time after he started it began to rain, I told him there were chairs in the garage to get out of the rain, but he said he was working in water so the rain did not bother him. He worked through some very hard rain and finished the cleaning... He did an excellent job... The porches looked just about new. He is very professional about the job, a very hard and thorough worker who takes pride in his work and a nice friendly guy. I will recommend him to my family and friends or anyone that needs the type of work he does and when my porches need cleaning I will call him again....... Dan Wallar

Exceptional work! We are thrilled with the job Mr. Miller did on our deck, fence and pergola. It was a lot of detail work and he took his time to do the job right. Everything was covered in a deep, pine green colored mold, and you can see from the photos that he removed all of it. He was prompt in replying, accurate with quoting, provided a fair price and did a superb job. We highly recommend him and will definitely hire him again.
