- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per hour, but for recurring projects we can give a set price. Discounts for rebooking. We do charge an evaluation fee, but when hired that is put towards the invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone interview to get an idea of their needs and see if it's a good fit. From there we meet in person and see the space we're working with to give an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brett is a mechanic and Chelsea has been doing houskeeping, organizing & childcare for 15+ yrs. We work as a team in big projects.
