They also provided a ballpark estimate for the costs before scheduling, upon me asking (I needed to compare to another quote I had). Chad and Carter arrived on time to complete the work. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home (wore shoe covers to protect carpet from dirt). They were also quick and efficient completing the work, especially considering some minor additional plumbing work was needed to retrofit the newer style faucet (lengthening a pipe to make it correct height). In the end, the work looks great and robust, I've had no issues with the replacement faucet. The cost came right around the ballpark estimate, no surprises. The best part was the price. More than fair. No joke, it was 66% of the quote from my usual, well rated 5-star plumber. I saved a couple hundred bucks. Definitely will use these guys again! (Pics are before and after)"See more

Several plumbers provided exorbitant up front estimates or would not give an estimate at all without a visit. I can understand that process for some jobs, but what I needed was very straightforward. Kathy Scherek says, "I ordered a new stove and was pulling the old one out to clean behind before the delivery men came in the morning. I immediately smelled gas and saw that the line to the stove was kinked BEFORE the shut off valve. I called 5 or 6 places at 10pm that said they were open 24 hours and did emergency visits, nobody could come until the next morning. We found our main shut off for the gas line but wasnt sure if the stove was a separate line since the ceilings are sealed. Pratt Plumbing was the only place that called me back with an available technician. Davis was here a little after midnight and had the gas pipe mounted correctly to the wall and a new shut off valve installed within an hour. Costly? A little, but you expect that at midnight. Worth it? Absolutely. So happy with this company. You are a good man Davis Pratt! Glad you were here to help us!"See more
