I hired Lebrun for a basic electrical job in the basement as they quoted me the best price and had good references. Sam was professional, methodical and thorough - he did a great job. As a result, I had them back the next day to do a tuneup on my furnace. Although we hit some bumps in the road, it was smoothed out with excellent customer service. I know that things can happen, what’s important to me is how it’s handled and they did a great job of that.

I had my yearly hvac and electrical check ups this week. Connor did my furnace inspection and suggested that I return the unopened filters I had and buy something different. I really appreciated that feedback. Justin and Bell were here to do my electrical inspection and they were able to help me figure out why my outlets above my kitchen cabinets weren't working and helped me move my surround sound speakers. Haylee, Justin and Lilly in the office were so friendly and helpful.

Should you proceed with an option provided at the time of visit, we will perform the work same day! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting from the first drop of communication, to the last, our goal is to ensure you feel welcome and comfortable when working with us. The first conversation: we will get a thorough understanding of your home project, find a day/time that works best for your schedule, and schedule a consultation with one of our Service Experts. Day of appointment: Our Service Expert will give you a call when he is en route to your location with an ETA. Wanting a coffee while he is on the way? No Problem! Let them know! After Consultation: Our Service Expert will create a handful of options for you that we can do for you and your family. They will walk you through each option, answer any questions you may have. After you give them the green light on one of the options provided, the Service Expert will start the work same day!
