I was having a hard time finding someone to build an interior wall to partition off a room in our new home. Bruce responded and immediately told me it wouldn't be a problem. He provided me with a pretty accurate and detailed estimate before we got started and his crew that ended up doing the work were great. They even did quite a few extra things around the house (installing a dishwasher, fixing a broken storm door jamb and a wobbly step) that I really appreciated. I would definitely hire Bruce and Apex Construction again. They were a pleasure to work with and Bruce is definitely a people person :)
If you are looking for help decorating your house look no further. Stacy is your gal. I refer to her to my friends as the Joanna Gains of MSP for rustic chic (although she can do any aesthetic you are dreaming of)! I hired her to help me furnish and decorate my new construction home. She was always very attentive and had a wonderful game plan to help me tackle such a huge task. She came over and measured my home and took pictures. She then gave me a 3D rendering of my home decorated! It was STUNNING. We then went on several shopping trips to buy the large pieces together. Later on we went on trips to find the perfect accessories at places an interior designer would only know about! Stacy was a great listener and was flexible if any pieces didnt speak to me. She was happy to point out other options that would look just as nice. Finally, Stacy got some amazing designer discounts at the large box stores. On the shopping front Stacy is happy to do as little or as much as you need! She can go with you or tell you what to find, whatever your preference. She is also a master stager and thriftstore expert too! Stacy not only does typical furniture placement, shopping, and decorating...she is also an architect who can make a ton of the creative projects she proposes in your home for you. You don't have to hire yet another person. Wonder woman I tell you!!! Stacy made us a custom mud room bench built in HERSELF. She used reclaimed wood from all over the state and from barns! She also made us a custom chalkboard wall. Stacy's daughter took the pictures for our collage wall that will line our steps, they are the things of dreams! Stacy also picked out a wonderful reclaimed wood wall paper for above the fireplace that is unlike anything I have ever seen. To sum up it Stacy is a joy to work with, she is a friend at this point. She can literally do it all. She is flexible on all counts and can help you as little or as much as you like at a very fair price point. If you haven't already, just hire stay. You won't regret it. -Tory

I got in contact with Gina Walleat through Thumbtack while searching for an interior designer to help me with remodeling my basement. Gina's portfolio caught my eye right away and I was very pleased when she contacted me to schedule an appointment to come out to my house. I felt confident in my choice after speaking with Gina on the phone, and was even more impressed with her after meeting her in person. Gina is very knowledgeable, has a great eye for design, has wonderful ideas, and at the same time is very easy to work with. Her ideas and recommendations are always followed by knowledgeable explanations and she has many ideas on how to change/improve/incorporate new designs. The space I'm working on is over 1000 square feet: a bedroom, living room, and bathroom, and with Gina assisting me, I feel like I'm on the right path. I already feel like the final results will be greater than I expected, and the path leading up to it is fun and non-stressful (as remodels are usually the opposite). I would contact Gina again if need be, and definitely recommend her smart and easy-going assistance to family and friends. Thanks for all your help Gina!
Angie and her team are outstanding! Being able to move everything out of our home and having her stage it to look beautiful took so much stress out of our lives. She was able to take a split level home where the kitchen and living room where separated and make the entire space feel so much more open as your eye was guided to the beautiful interior throughout. She brought a special touch by adding pieces that really resonated with us – a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. In the numerous offer letters we received, prospective buyers commented on how lovely the home was, how well cared for, and how they were anxious to turn the corner into each room to see what was inside. Also, how it looked like many wonderful memories where made there and how they wanted to make their own in that special place. Angie’s designs where not only beautiful but made you feel like you could see yourself living there in a comfortable and inviting space. Since the proof is always in the pudding, we were floored by the number of offers we received and know that we received a much higher value on our home due to our decision to work with Angie and Orchestrated Living Design. Best decision we’ve made in a long time, and the relationship you’ll build with Angie is one you’ll treasure. Very grateful customers. Thanks so much! Shawna Stoltenberg
Rida did a great job for my bridal shower, everything looked amazing. she went above and beyond for the decor and was highly professional to work with , she is a really hardworking person and i would recomend anyone to go for her while chosing an event planner. she kept me up to date with all things , and the end result was amazing, just like i had thought of . Jennifer Purcell, Palettes of Color, painted the entire interior of my condo in Loring Park. In addition to doing a quality job, Jennifer used quality paints and supplies to ensure that the smallest details were managed and my furnishing were all protected and respected. She also helped me with color selection and design decisions. I highly recommend her for your painting and design needs.
Couldn't recommend Julie's design services more. She has a wonderful ability to pick the right colors, textures and accents to make any room shine. Decorating comes so naturally to her. We had a wonderful experience working with her!
We decided to go with Integris after seeing Audrey's kitchen and basement work in another house, which was nothing short of amazing. She had made a tiny kitchen look and function like a much larger one, and had turned what had been an unfinished basement into nearly an entire house. We had no idea where to begin with our kitchen, and her advice was excellent, starting with a rearrangement we would never have thought of on our own. Audrey also works hard to keep the price as low as possible. We ended up using her design for an entire addition, as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Integris design for anything from redocorating to rebuilding. She's a brilliant designer.
I worked with Victoria on the design for the common areas of our new office building in Bloomington. She quickly understood what I was going for and was able add some much needed input. She worked with us to remodel and rebrand the lobby, add a gym with showers, and make furniture selections for lounge spaces. PRS was very responsive and professional throughout the process, and the final product turned out better than I could have hoped for. I will definitely use PRS again for my next project.
I hired Lauren to help with space planning, furniture, lighting and paint color selection. We had a phone conversation before meeting and she understood exactly the look and feel I wanted when she arrived. I was pretty set on having gray walls but didn’t want my home to feel cold. Lauren picked a fabulous dark charcoal for my office and a sophisticated light gray for the main living spaces all open to each other. Her suggestion for furniture placement was something I wouldn’t have thought of myself but love how it maximizes the space. Lauren is professional and very sweet to work with – I highly recommend.
Ann & Barrie were AMAZING!!!! Exactly what I was looking for! I hired them for 2 hours to got through my 3800 sq foot house and give paint ideas, decor and what to keep, what to update! We were in the midst of a remodel and needed some design help and direction. Absolutely fantastic, professional advice!! They worked within my budget and gave great inexpensive ideas!! Would use them in a heartbeat again. If you are to remodel and update things on your own, don't make a costly mistake- hire these designers! They give you great timeless, not trendy ideas- and know how to work with existing finishes and woods as well. Yes, they gave great ideas on how to work with my Golden oak in the house! I feel so much more at peace with the direction of the rest of the remodel! Very happy!
