I paid for my flooring on April 19, 2026, and as of August 2026, I still do not have the flooring installed. I have called and texted numerous times trying to get answers. On May 27, I was told the materials had been ordered and that the work would begin by the beginning of June. On June 17, I was told they were working on determining an installation timeframe. Then, on July 16, after trying to reach him again, I was told that his projects were backed up, that the summer had been a mess, and that the materials were on back order. I was asked to forgive the inconvenience and told I would be kept updated. That was the last time I heard from him. It is now August, and I have paid for a service that has still not been completed. The biggest issue is not simply the delay—it is the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability after taking my money. I should not have to repeatedly call and text just to find out what is happening with a project I have already paid for. I understand that businesses can experience material delays and scheduling issues. However, customers deserve honest communication, reasonable updates, and, most importantly, the work they paid for. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I paid for flooring months ago, and I still have no flooring and no clear timeline for when the job will actually be completed.
