I highly recommend Floor Covering International. I had the carpet and ceramic tiles removed from the first floor of my townhome and replaced with LVP flooring. Sophia, the project manager, spent two hours inspecting every corner, identified possible problems, and measuring. She had a large variety of samples to choose from and reviewed all aspects of the project with me. The installation team worked fast and were ready with solutions when a couple of minor decisions had to be made on the spot. They completed the job in two days- and that included removing the ceramic tiles! They moved the furniture and hauled away the debris in their van- no need for a dumpster. I had other estimates that were lower, but the level of service FCI provided was worth every penny.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have financing options available, some options include no interest or payments for 6/12 months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedules a free in-home estimate
2. During the estimate we examine the project area, take measurements, discuss material options and the timeline for the project to be completed. We will also provide you with a printed estimate before we leave.
3. We can get new projects scheduled to start within a week or two or we can schedule the start date months in advance depending on your timeline.
4. After you project is completed we perform a final walk thru together to make sure you are satisfied with the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer based and hands on training.
We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops.
We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry.
Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.
