Chris and his team were great. Good communication thru the process. Thecday of the removal, they showed up early and got the tree down really quickly. Cleaned up nicely after as well. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a great overall experience with Grays Tree Service. We had a need for a really good overall prune of a 50' silver maple (Weak tree). We received prompt communication, an estimate within a day and the work done within a couple days following the estimate, all for a great price and value. The crew was here exactly when they said they'd be, the tree was pruned as we expected and the cleanup was exceptional!

I have hired Chris Gray for years. I own several properties and he has trimmed and taken down a couple of dead trees. Fast work, cleans up works safely and a very fair price. Hundreds under the other guys bid.One tree was a giant Hackberry right next to my garage where a huge limb split off was still hung up to the Hackberry and top was in my neighbors Maple tree with a wooden fence below and a shed in the way too. Chris did it the old fashion way ropes and climbing. I and all the neighbors were amazed.

I made the initial request for a quote on Thumbtack on a Saturday. I got a quick response from the service provider asking if I want a quote and I confirmed. I have not heard from them since. I’ve sent two messages. It’s now 6 days later.
If someone doesn’t want to quote the job, as least have the courtesy and professionalism to respond. And then update your page to say you’re not equipped to handle houses with multiple tall trees.
