I prefer a combination of a tough love and a kind encouraging approach to meeting my goals. Previous to joining the program, I have not met any weight goals for couple years, despite my best efforts. We first started of simple in changing like 15-30min daily walks and making sure I include protein in every meal. With that came losing weight and adding muscle. From there on came a slow increase challenge in the works out and more transitioning to a healthier lifestyle changes. Despite my long issues with a yo-yo diet and sedentary lifestyle. I still naturally create a better lifestyle where I move my body more often compared to the previous years of sedentary life.
