I prefer a combination of a tough love and a kind encouraging approach to meeting my goals. Previous to joining the program, I have not met any weight goals for couple years, despite my best efforts. We first started of simple in changing like 15-30min daily walks and making sure I include protein in every meal. With that came losing weight and adding muscle. From there on came a slow increase challenge in the works out and more transitioning to a healthier lifestyle changes. Despite my long issues with a yo-yo diet and sedentary lifestyle. I still naturally create a better lifestyle where I move my body more often compared to the previous years of sedentary life. With that I lost 20 pounds and gained muscle and gotten better at breaking out old patterns of inactivity. Unfortunately my personal struggles to stay consistent with both eating habits and daily walks did contribute to not losing way more weight then preferred. Anyone who does join Trusty program and follows the program to the tea and is disciplined in their eating habit will surely meet their goals. Matt is helpful in holding me accountable to not fall back into old habits and find more healthier active hobbies and manage stress."See more
